The notes point to a fairly rich, sweet style, especially with crème brûlée, vanilla and honey, while the citrus and pepper add some lift. That balance sounds appealing, though the finish seems quite spice-forward.

Sweet vanilla and honey meet bright citrus and pepper, giving the flavours some contrast. The lingering caramel and spice sound appealing, though at 57.2% it may be less approachable for some.
