Description

This limited release from The Whisky Cellar presents a 15-year-old Auchroisk Single Malt, which was distilled in 2008. It matured for many years in a refill ex-Bourbon hogshead and was then finished in a century-old Spanish oak cask that previously held Fondillon, a sweet dessert wine from Alicante, Spain. This single cask bottling, number 1101, is part of the Pintail range, known for its focus on unusual bottlings and sweet cask finishes.
