Description

This Aultmore single malt was distilled in 2009 and bottled at 15 years old by Thompson Bros in August 2024. It was fully matured in a red wine cask, imparting flavors of red berries, pomegranate, and cinnamon, resulting in an extremely dry and fruity character. The label design is inspired by Buckfast.

Pomegranate, plum sauce, strawberry yogurt, lime peel, Spanish oranges and desiccated coconut, molasses and maraschino.
Palate
Sweet mint, red berries (cranberries, wild strawberries, brambles), cinnamon, umeshu, grapes, cocoa, sweet blackcurrant joy.
Finish
Pleasantly drying on the finish, a touch dusty even, with plenty of coconut oil and kuemmerling.
