Nose
Malt and Cereal notes, Barley Flour, Heather Honey, Buttery Pastry and Vanilla with some Apple and Citrus. Rich, warm fruits, vanilla, sherry, maraschino cherries, toffee and orange blossom. Grassy fields, sugary sweetness and ripe pear.
Palate
Caramel and Toffee, Apple and Pear, Vanilla, Malt, touch of Salt and subtle Peppery Oak. Marshmallows, soft and very sweet, balanced with spiced heat and a squeeze of citrus. Nutty milk chocolate, white pepper, zesty spice. Chewy sweets, herbs, citrus fruit, pear, charred oak and banana.
Finish
A long, light finish. Slowly drying with licorice and light oak.
