- Nose
- Warm toffee syrup drizzled over a classic banana split, complete with vanilla ice-cream, chocolate sprinkles and a cherry on the top. Warm aromas of butterscotch, toffee and vanilla with sweet citrus coming through. Fresh, with a lot of berries and vanilla, nice oak notes, ice cream, caramel and a whiff of bananas. Pecan & banoffee pie, spiced apple pie, cinnamon, vanilla custard, coconut, cereal barley malt, toffee, vanilla, chocolate.
- Palate
- The sweet treats from the nose calm down just a little, with a spicy flutter of cinnamon and oak balancing out the fresh fruit and butterscotch. Sweet and spicy with banana, fudge and caramel notes, fresh fruitiness. Darker sweetness, deep vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate notes, mixed with lighter notes of fruit and runny honey. Smooth and rich, creamy vanilla ice cream, milk chocolate, butterscotch fudge, vanilla sponge cake, apple cake, a hit of cinnamon spice, raspberry ripple ice cream and toffee caramel sauce, oak wood.
- Finish
- Long and equally enjoyable. Long and full bodied with luscious butterscotch. Still sweet and dark, more peppery and spicy now, and the caramel is more like fudge. Warm and long finish. Long, delicate and fruity, fruit puddings in custard.
