Distilled at Balblair on the 11th of May 2007, this 'Village of the Drammed' expression was matured for 11 years in a 1st fill Oloroso Hogshead before being bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. The cask yielded 274 bottles at 59.9% ABV. It is described as a boisterous, punchy, juicy, ballistic and mouth-watering dram that delivers a phenomenal malt whisky, previously matured in a bourbon hogshead.
