Honey sweetness, vanilla bean, elderflower, orange blossom, tropical fruits, wood, floral, with a nice hint of peat smoke and resin. Delicate with a fine citrus touch, creamy, malty, and balanced.
Palate
Soft, clean, round, creamy, fruity, with oak sweetness, cereal grain, bananas, dark chocolate, spice (black pepper), toffee, and a mouth-coating texture. Vinous, with Fino sherry quality and growing peat.
Finish
Savory, roundly fruity, peppery, oaky, with a hint of peat and spices. Lingering and well-defined, though sometimes described as short and restrained.
