Nose
The nose was warming from a dusty fire-break to a freshly baked fruity malt loaf.
Palate
The taste is sweet and herbal with a hint of menthol. Water brings out more lemon and a hint of pear drop and in the taste a lemon meringue pie.
Finish
The finish is long and lingering with more lemony and fresher, lemon cordial and lemon meringue pie.
