Nose
Aromatic, fresh, and vivid with garden fruits, light honey, greengages, pear, gooseberries, yellow flowers, vanilla, and waxy notes. Hints of deep Manuka honey, pear, freshly picked berries, dried coconut, and wood varnish.
Palate
Revolves around peaches, plums, and honey, with pepper and liquorice from active oak. Notes of greenness, vanilla, ginger, pollen, toffee, mocha, sweet apricot, beeswax, rich plum, crushed nuts, and dates. Fruity and sweet with pears in syrup, apricots, almonds, and hints of sugared Greek yoghurt.
Finish
Medium long with green, grassy notes, green tea, and echoes of apples. Honey, pollen, pepper, wood, and bitter cocoa. Fruity sweetness alongside oaky notes and a hint of vanilla.
