Description

A very special whisky, released as part of the third chapter of the DCS Collection, honouring Balvenie malt master David Stewart's more than 50 years of working at the distillery. 1993 was the first year that the name 'DoubleWood' was used on a bottle of Balvenie, but this whisky was simply matured in a refill American-oak hogshead. The result is an elegant example of Balvenie's honeyed style.
