Sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry notes, layered with honey and vanilla. Gristy, supple nuttiness intertwined with spices, honeyed sultanas and grapes.
Palate
Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours – nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry. Sweet with good body, bourbon characters develop with gentle spice, vanilla, and a hint of balancing peat. Dried fruit, nuts, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
Finish
Long and warming. Spicy, slightly drying, still sweet. Oaky and peppery with clove and burnt almond.
