Nose
Soft autumn fruits, runny honey, crystallised ginger, raw sugar cane, and rich oakiness. Hints of honey, beehive, beeswax, buttercups, juicy apricots, quince jelly, subtle pineapple, marshmallow, candied orange peel, mint leaves, shortbread, and creamy vanilla custard.
Palate
Bold vanilla oak flavors, layers of toasted marshmallows, fresh fruit terrine, cinnamon-infused apple tart, ginger, green grapes, honeyed sweetness, tropical fruit (papaya, coconut, pineapple, starfruit), layered oak, and subtle black licorice. Silky and rich with crystallized ginger, sweet caramelized pear, toasted oak, and subtle spices.
Finish
Exceptionally long-lasting sweetness. Notes of nutmeg, minty, lemon zest, caramel, and a big yet balanced oak note. Long, warm, and luxuriously refined with lingering sweetness and depth, and medium long with more honeyed fruits.
