First Edition Release 2008 Balvenie 17 years old Rum Casks. In the crafting of The Balvenie Rum Cask, aged Balvenie matured exclusively in traditional whisky oak casks before being transferred to barrels shipped from Jamaica which had previously held sweet rum.
