Nose
Initially fruity and fresh with notes of barley, butter, brown sugar, vanilla powder, and white oak. Hints of citrus, tangerine, chocolate, raisin, and soft rhubarb also emerge, with a subtle vegetal character.
Palate
Sweet and full-bodied, featuring dried apricots, peach in sweet yoghurt, vanilla, coffee creamer, milk chocolate, and custard. There are also nutty, almond, and green vegetal notes, with hints of Christmas spices and cloves.
Finish
Spicy and long, with a quick spike of sweet heat. Oak comes to the forefront, fading gently, followed by fruity butter, a touch of salt, leather, and a hint of smoke.
