Description

A highly-regarded malt distillery in Speyside and the second built by William Grant & Sons. The distillery is still owned by the company today its brand has been nurtured to become one of the most recognisable and sought-after single malts in the world. This is a 12-year-old Balvenie single malt, distilled in May 1979 and bottled in November 1991 by The Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS) from cask 40.4 at a natural strength of 59.8% ABV. Only 258 bottles were produced from this single cask.
