Description

Meticulously nurtured in the heart of Speyside, this extraordinary single malt is the result of a quarter-century's patient artistry. It is matured in an intricate harmony of three distinct cask types—traditional oak (refill American oak), first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, and first-fill Oloroso sherry butts—each imparting its own nuanced character. The whiskies are married for at least six months in a marrying tun before bottling. The result is a whisky of remarkable depth and balance, where honeyed sweetness and gentle spice meld seamlessly with hints of dried fruit and oak. Originally released as a travel retail exclusive, it has since been added to the standard range.
