Description

The Balvenie Tun 1509 Batch No. 5 is a highly-regarded, limited edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Speyside region, produced by Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE. This release is a marriage of 29 carefully selected casks, including ex-Bourbon barrels, sherry hogsheads, refill American oak casks, and sherry butts, which were combined in the traditional Tun 1509 marrying vessel to create a complex and balanced whisky. It was bottled in 2018.
