Nose
Surprisingly fresh with notes of freshly cut fruit salad, apple peel, soft oak, manuka honey, dried grass, canned mandarin orange, honeydew melon, wine notes (muscat, ice wine), must, earthiness, and clean linen.
Palate
Fairly thick and chewy, an absolute tropical fruit bomb with notes of pineapple juice, passionfruit, guanabana juice, starfruit, nutmeg, hazelnut, pepper, spent match heads, apple, malt, and cask spices.
Finish
Dessert wine and hints of crisp citrus with a peppery finish. Super dry and super gone fast, with a tiny hint of an aromatic note.
