The ninth installment of the Discovery Series is a blend of whiskies, showcasing exquisite, innovative blends. This release takes the spirit of discovery further by uncovering rare barrels of craft Georgia bourbon with a unique, elegant flavor. The blend is structured around this distinctive profile, adding classic Kentucky bourbon, 17-year Tennessee Whiskey, and a touch of sweetness from Canadian Whiskey. It is a combination of tradition and forward-thinking, large-scale and craft, creating a robust, vibrant, one-of-a-kind pour. The blend consists of 35% 8-year-old Georgia Bourbon, 31% 12-year-old Kentucky Bourbon, 19% 17-year-old Tennessee Whiskey, and 15% 12-year-old Ontario Corn Whisky.

Palate
Vanilla cream with cinnamon spice, caramel, hazelnut, pepper, cherry fruit leather, brown butter, charred oak, leather, graham cracker, and orange zest. Creamy vanilla, dried mango, baking spice, brown sugar, and warming oak with red fruit undertones.
Finish
Long, spice-driven, and warming, with lingering oak, nutty sweetness, and subtle tobacco richness. Deeper sweet notes of hazelnut and caramel shift to the background while charred oak, leather, and pepper grow in strength. Orange zest and graham cracker remain consistent, with a vanilla frosting note and pepper for a sweet, tingly finish.
