Description

This signature release is a single grain Canadian whisky, crafted with 99.5% corn and 0.5% malted barley. It is aged for 7 years in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in tight-grain French oak red wine barrels from Mission Hill winery, and finally in air-dried virgin Hungarian oak barrels. The whisky undergoes a unique 'Elementally Aged' process, where hand-selected oak casks are matured in repurposed shipping containers and exposed to the elements in the Canadian wilderness, amplifying the interaction between whisky and wood. Bottled at 42.5% ABV.
