Description

This black whisky is from the Speyside Distillery, and takes its name from Ben Macdui which is the highest peak in the Cairngorms. The mountain was called the Black Mountain by Professor Norman Collie after his solo climb to the summit in 1891. This special edition 'ruby black' whisky is finished in re-toasted port barrels and commemorates the return of the iconic Flying Scotsman steam locomotive. It is a limited edition of 10,000 bottles.
