Palate
Caramel and dates with baking spices, almonds and sweet oak wood. Black cherry, raspberry, vanilla, toasted oak, and currant. Smoky char, cinnamon, spearmint, orange peel, and raisins.
Finish
Starts sweet with dates and caramel but dries out with oak tannins and baking spices. Long and accentuated by baking spices and cedar atop a bed of dark fruit and caramel. Lingering notes of dried fruit, espresso bean, and a pleasant oaky bitterness.
