Description

A robust cask strength bourbon from the historic Holladay Distillery in Weston, Missouri. Distilled in 2017 with a mash bill of 73% corn, 15% wheat, and 12% malted barley, the spirit was charged into American oak casks and racked in Holladay's iconic rickhouses. This is a limited edition release as part of the distillery's Rickhouse Proof series, bottled in April 2024 after a minimum of six years aging. It is unfiltered and uncut, ensuring full flavor and authenticity. [3, 5, 6, 19, 23, 27]
