Nose
To a large extent, I can agree with the manufacturer's tasting notes. It gives off an incredibly sweet aroma. The whisky also conveys hints of wet wood. Depending on your taste, this can sometimes be perceived as an off-note.
Palate
The alcohol is well integrated. When diluted, it loses a lot of its intensity and doesn't get much rounder. In my opinion, it's not worth diluting it. Sweetness predominates here.
Finish
Not too long. Round and clean. Nothing burns, pleasant and warming. However, the promised taste explosion ("smashing") is rather lacking.
