Description

This rare whisky has been entirely matured in refill sherry butts in the store, vaulted warehouse deep in the highlands, hand selected and filled on February and March 1996. This mature 21 year old whisky offers complex nuances of dry apricots, dates, hazelnuts and baked peaches which evolves into earthy notes of cacao. Bottled at natural cask strength, this pure Highlander is faithful to the Ben Nevis style: intense, balanced and rounded.
