Nose
Cooked cereals and grains, gentle waxiness, subtle vegetal hints of soda bread and artichoke, followed by golden syrup, sourdough, waxed canvas, carbon paper, ink, and mixed dried herbs.
Palate
Terrifically thick, oily, and fruity with fresh malted barley, olive oil, ripe banana, orange throat lozenges, papaya, muddled mint, clover, melon, and faint caraway.
Finish
Long, lemony, lightly minty, and oily with sunflower oil, subtle medicinal nuances, saline touches, and a fresh, yeasty malt character.
