Description

Distilled at Ben Nevis in the Highlands, this intense and powerful dram aged for six years in refill sherry butts. The Caoineag, also known as 'The Weeping Spirit', is an own-label release from The Whisky Exchange, launched exclusively for Halloween. It offers all the intensity and character expected from this cult distillery, with notes of ripe orchard fruit, industrial earthiness, and wispy peat. This single malt is non-chill-filtered and was bottled in 2025 with an outturn of 666 bottles.
