Duncan Taylor & Company presides over the ownership of one of the largest privately-held collections of Scotch whisky casks. Its headquarters are in the North East of Scotland, close to Speyside and it has the complete control of the entire production process, from cask selection and management, through "in-house" product and packaging design to its own "under bond" bottling facilities. Ben Nevis is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Highlands region, distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2010 at 14 years of age by independent bottler Duncan Taylor for their NC2 Range, which is known for being non-chill-filtered and non-coloured.
