Malty, with vibrant sherry cask richness, rich prunes, jam, and chocolate covered nuts. Sweet caramel and malted milk balls are also present.
Palate
Peppery at first, easing into raisin cookies and toffee. Dried red fruits, earthy peatiness, bready flavours, and cooked fruits with spices.
Finish
Drying spices, cinnamon, and pepper lead the way. Smoke keeps rolling with red fruits, berries, woody notes, char, and dark chocolate bitterness.
