Description

A Speyside distillery that makes a range of different single malt styles. It primary make is a non-peated spirit, however it also does runs of peated and triple-distilled spirit and is one of only a handful of distilleries in Scotland to still operate its own in-house floor maltings.

Crisp toffee apple, butterscotch, barley sugars, vanilla, pepper, cinnamon, and fruity notes like raisins and stewed apple.

Lingering oak spices, sweet vanilla, apple, caramel, toasted oak, and a hint of liquorice.
