Description

A Speyside distillery that makes a range of different single malt styles. It primary make is a non-peated spirit, however it also does runs of peated and triple-distilled spirit and is one of only a handful of distilleries in Scotland to still operate its own in-house floor maltings.

Deep and intense. Aromas of figs and dates drizzled in honey, intertwined with clove studded oranges, rich dark chocolate, and a hint of antique wood.
Palate
Full bodied, chewy, and mouth coating. Flavours explode with raisin loaf, nutmeg, rich malt, and black cherries dipped in dark chocolate. The high ABV is beautifully integrated, providing immense warmth.
Finish
Long and satisfying. Lingering notes of rich fruitcake, baking spices, and a final dry cocoa/espresso note.
