- Nose
- Baked apples on cinnamon, spices, flowers, marzipan, gently soft and round. Mild notes of white peaches, yellow nectarines, creamy vanilla, milk chocolate, shredded wheat cereal, with worn wood and tree bark developing over time.
- Palate
- Softer, rounder, less boisterous, with a slight bitterness. Spicy, sweet, tobacco, caramel, orange zest, black pepper. With water, wood spice and bitterness, vanilla beans and caramel.
- Finish
- Wonderfully long, with tobacco, pepper, mild bitter notes, dried fruit (apricot and pineapple), wheat bread, and a curious hint of smoke. With water, white fruits, caramel, sugar, butter, black pepper, and wood bitters.
