Savoury umami, dense chocolate, black pepper warmth, nutty, meaty, bready qualities, leaf mulch, aged cigars, red chilli, leathery game meats. With water, aged calvados, old white balsamic, endless dark fruits, wintergreen, cough sweets, dried marjoram, and herb-tinged sooty waxiness.
