This Benriach 15 Year Old Pedro Ximénez Sherry Wood Finish is a Speyside single malt whisky. It is matured in traditional American bourbon barrels and then 'finished' in Pedro Ximénez Sherry butts, sourced from the bodegas of Jerez de la Frontera in Andalucia, Southern Spain. This secondary maturation imparts distinct characteristics. It is also noted as a non-chill filtered expression.
