Nose
Charred orange peel, Terry's chocolate orange, delicatessen meats, distilled white wine, shaved & toasted oak and cinnamon spice. Bitter tangerine peel, dark chocolate, cold brew coffee, yeast, almost meaty with some slightly tart white wine. Pencil shavings, toasted oak and spices on the back end – cinnamon.
Palate
A distinctively nutty Benrinnes full of fruit flavours combining some exquisite savoury notes across the palate. Benrinnes carries weight and the nutty style is really clear on the palate. Fruit notes dance around the savoury qualities providing great contrasts and complexities.
Finish
Medium with tropical fruits and toasted malt and spiced oak. A touch of spiced oak in the back. A medium finish with hints of tropical fruit and rich warm malty tones.
