This single malt was distilled at Benrinnes distillery on 27th March 1978 and matured for 43 years in a refill American hogshead. It was bottled on 30th December 2021 by independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail as part of their Private Collection series. Only 158 bottles were released at a strength of 54.5% ABV.
