Nose
Sweet vanilla and ripe fruits accompany citrus zest. Toasted malt leads to green apples. Fudge, coconut husks, a touch of singed barley leading into nutty oak and warming spices.
Palate
Creamy with soft pepper and butterscotch. Freshly ground coffee develops alongside dried banana and a subtle herbal edge. Banana fritters, pancakes with salted butter, peppercorn, cinnamon gum.
Finish
Medium bodied and long with aniseed and cocoa powder. Well-rounded malt, with a vanilla-rich, biscuity hint lingering.
