Description

A malt distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland, Benromach is owned and operated by Speymalt Whisky Distributors (aka Gordon & MacPhail). This 2010 vintage whisky is part of the distillery's ongoing experiments with wine casks, having been finished in Sassicaia casks from Tuscany. This process adds layers of dark fruit, zingier berries, and a touch of chocolate, resulting in a well-balanced dram that is not overpowered by the cask influence.
