Nose
Rich stewed red berry aromas with smooth citrus zest, autumnal spices, raisin, cinnamon, charred oak, prune, allspice, toasted malt, and a touch of soft smoke.
Palate
Bitter, dry, and sharp with a thinner mouthfeel. Notes of chilli chocolate, espresso, mocha, bitter cranberries, ruby red grapefruit, iron filings, and tonic water. Creamy with an earthy, ashy peat.
Finish
Long, warm, dry, and spicy with a hot sensation. Intense charred oak and spiciness, with some minerality and gentle fruitiness.
