Bernheim Original Barrel Proof Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey Batch A223 is the inaugural batch of the barrel-proof expression of Heaven Hill's straight wheat whiskey. Comprising a mashbill of 51% wheat, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley, it was aged between 7 and 9 years and bottled non-chill filtered at full barrel proof of 118.8 proof (59.4% ABV) in February 2023.
