Description

This Big Peat Chinese New Year Edition, bottled in 2017, is a special limited release celebrating the Year of the Rooster, exclusively for the Taiwanese market. Produced by independent bottler Douglas Laing, it is a small batch Islay Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, a marriage of single malts from iconic Islay distilleries including Caol Ila, Bowmore, Ardbeg, and Port Ellen. It is bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered, and without artificial coloring, delivering a smoky and maritime character.
