Big Peat The Robbie's Drams Edition is a small batch Islay Blended Malt Scotch Whisky from independent bottler Douglas Laing. This limited edition, with only 150 bottles, is a marriage of Islay's most iconic malts, including whiskies from Ardbeg, Caol Ila, Bowmore, and Port Ellen. It is bottled at 48% ABV, without colouring or chill filtration, and was released exclusively for Robbie's Whisky Merchants in 2018.

A marvellous kick of fresh peat smoke with strong earthy tones like damp soil and dew-covered grass. Hints of bitter dark chocolate, sea salt, freshly roasted coffee beans, and a rich, oaky wood characteristic.
Palate
Sea air and peaty tang, with an oily mouthfeel. Grass and earthy tones return, joined by walnuts and peanuts. Intense and rich smoke with a slight dryness.
Finish
A long linger with sea air and a final, lasting impression of peat.
