Description

The Big Peat - The Winter Edition 2025 is a limited edition Islay blended malt whisky from independent bottler Douglas Laing. This first Winter Edition, replacing the previous Christmas editions, is finished in Madeira wine casks, imparting rich and complex layers to the signature rugged smoke of Islay whisky. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 53.6% ABV, it is non-chill filtered and has no added coloring. It is a blend of Islay single malts, including spirits from Ardbeg, Bowmore, Caol Ila, and Port Ellen, and is designed as a warming dram for the colder months.
