- Nose
- Deep copper-amber with a glossy honey-gold sheen and subtle mahogany undertones. Sherry-forward and richly fruity, with dried fig, raisin and plum afloat on orange zest and dark toffee. Vanilla, cinnamon and clove lend warmth, while cocoa nibs and a whisper of leather add depth to a velvety, enduring aroma.
- Palate
- Silky and medium-full on the palate, this 12-year-old sherry cask whisky unfurls layers of dried fruit—raisins, fig, plum—touched by dark chocolate and toffee. Rich spice notes of cinnamon and nutmeg mingle with toasted almond and a gentle oak finish. Warm and persistent, with orange zest and a delicate spice echo.
- Finish
- Long and luxurious, the finish pours sherry-soaked dark fruit, cocoa and toasted almond, with warming spice of cinnamon and clove fading into velvety oak, a bright citrus whisper lingering alongside gentle sweetness.
