Description

This is Batch No. 1 of the Bimber Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks expression, a London Single Malt Whisky. It was matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and bottled in 2020 at 51.8% ABV. This small batch release saw 1,948 bottles released, each packed with stone fruit and creamy sweetness. Bimber Distillery, founded in London in 2015, focuses on handcrafted, traditional single malt whisky using English barley, slow fermentation, and direct-fired stills.
