Description

This is the second release of Bimber's small batch American white oak casks. Bimber Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks Batch No. 2 is a single malt that marries the fruit-forward, accessible spirit of Bimber with the sweet rich vanilla and spices of ex-bourbon casks. It has flavours of apples, apricots, peaches, vanilla, caramel and spices, and comes at a strength of 52.2% ABV. It is natural colour and non-chill filtered and is one of only 2950 bottles.
