Nose
Expansive, rich. At first whiff, notes of white mint, coconut milk, candied lemon, and Williams pear vie for intensity. Upon aeration, delicate malty scents take over while spices (ginger, cinnamon) gradually invigorate the aromatic palette.
Palate
Clean, lively. Just as milky and fruity as the nose, the attack develops into bright and herbal lands (green malt, cut hay). Flavours of grated ginger, vanilla and precious wood then softly envelop the taste buds.
Finish
Long, full. The rich attack offers up a pear and almond tart. Honeyed (acacia) and floral (broom, iris), the finish ends on a fresh note with aniseed, spices (cardamom) and infusions (green tea).
