Description

Bimber Distillery, founded in London in 2015 by Dariusz Plazewski, produces single malt whisky using traditional methods. This Oloroso Cask Batch #1 is a single malt London whisky, distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2020. It was initially matured in an ex-bourbon barrel before being finished in a single Oloroso sherry cask. The distillery uses Concerto barley from a single farm in Hampshire and employs a long, seven-day fermentation process. This release is non-chill filtered and bottled at natural color.
