Bimber is one of only a handful of working distilleries in London and of even fewer in the whisky-making industry. They pride themselves on a natural environment. This Bimber Austria Edition Cask No. 182 is an outstanding single malt, distilled in the UK and bottled in 2022, representing a rare speciality.
