Description

A single malt whisky from Bimber Distillery, part of 'The Spirit of the Underground' series, celebrating London Underground stations in collaboration with Transport for London. This Hammersmith edition was matured in an American oak ex-rye cask and bottled in October 2023 at 56.9% ABV. Bimber Distillery was founded in London in 2015 and prides itself on producing high-quality single malt whisky using traditional methods, with 100% of its barley grown on a single farm.
